Frozen Sweet Corn 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 9 cups cut corn (no blanching)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Put in large kettle and bring to a good boil, stirring constantly. Put kettle in ice water to cool down the corn. When cool, put in Ziploc bags or freezer containers and freeze.
