Ingredients
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Light Cream or Half & Half
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Put the chocolate chips and cream into a pan and melt while stirring constantly over low heat. Add the vanilla. Serve immediately with the dipping items.

Serve with your choice of fresh fruit, pretzels, angel food cake, etc.
