Cut in 1-inch squares.
VARIATIONS: Use mint chips instead of butterscotch or 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk melted and spread on bottom of 8 inch pan. 1 1/2 cups white chips, second 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk melted and 1 teaspoon orange, mint, raspberry or other flavoring and corresponding food coloring. Spread on or swirl in chocolate.
