Best Carrot Cake Ever Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 4 eggs
Directions
Sift together flour, baking soda cinnamon and salt in a bowl.Mix together oil and sugar in another bowl. Add half of dry ingredients and mix well.

Beat in carrots, pineapple and nuts. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Longer at 350°. Test with toothpick.

Frost with Deluxe Cream Cheese Frosting when cool.
