Peach Pie 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 quart home canned peaches
  • 1 cup syrup from peaches
  • 4 tablespoons tapioca
  • 1 pie crust, homemade is best but frozen will work (9 inch )
Directions
Put pie crust in the bottom of a pie plate. Slice peaches, use some syrup and tapioca. Pat some butter on top. Close with the top crust. Bake at 375° about 40 minutes until nicely browned and fruit is done when tested with a toothpick.
