Butter Cream Wedding Mints Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter, no substitutes
  • 1 package powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon clear vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint or butter flavoring
Directions
Beat all ingredients together with mixer until stiff. then turn out and kneed in powdered sugar until thickness desired. If using molds, sugar molds first to make the come out easier.
