Chocolate Chiffon Pie Recipe

  • 1 Oreo Cookie Pie Crust
  • 12 ounces Hershey Milk Chocolate
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip (thawed)
Melt chocolate. (Best method is over hot water. Be careful not to get steam or water in chocolate. If microwave is used, check and stir chocolate frequently.) Stir Cool Whip into chocolate. (Do not do it the other way around or the chocolate will form lumps.) When the mixture is smooth, pour into pie shell. Refrigerate several hours. (Mix by hand instead of mixer.) Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
