Ingredients

8 ounces pastrami or corned beef, chopped
1 cup sauerkraut - canned, drained
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 tablespoon onion - finley chopped
30 slices party rye bread
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese - shredded

Container: medium mixing bowl, baking sheet

Directions

PREP

15 mins

COOK

5 mins

READY IN

20 mins

Finely chop meat.
Place meat in bowl along with sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and chopped onion. Mix together.
Mound about 1 tablespoon of mixture on rye slices.
Top with cheese.
Place under broiler on low, until cheese melted and bubbly.
Serve warm.

Note: These freeze nicely.
