Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup sour cream - fat free
  • 4 ounces cream cheese - fat free
  • 8 ounces imitation crab meat
  • 1 cup celery - finely chopped
  • 2 green onions - chopped
  • 1/4 cup red pepper - chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickles - chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • dash Tobasco sauce

  • Combine sour cream and cream cheese. Stir with fork or whisk until smooth.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients, stirring to combine.
  • Serve with baked pita chips.
