Poppy Seed Bundt Cake Recipe

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (18.25 ounce box)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 4 eggs
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and sugar a 10-inch bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, milk, sour cream, poppy seeds and sugar. Mix until smooth, beating in eggs one at a time. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of cake comes out clean. This cake is very easy and so yummy.
