A delicious old-fashioned pork chop recipe that combines the chops with sauerkraut and sliced potatoes for a satisfying one-pot meal. This easy to prepare slow cooker recipe is perfect for busy people who have limited time for food preparation but want a great tasting dish with very little cleanup.
German Pork Chops Recipe (+)
Directions
Heat cooking oil and brown chops.
Layer sliced potatoes then onion, pour soup over and spread out.
Layer cabbage, sliced apple, pork chops and sauerkraut on top.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
