Breakfast Pizza with Scrambled Eggs and Bacon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 prepared pizza crusts (large)
  • 1 family size can (26 ounce cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 eggs, scrambled and chopped
  • 1 each green pepper, tomato, onion and fresh mushrooms, all chopped (1/2 cup each)
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Divide condensed mushroom soup between crusts, spreading to edges.

Scatter the scrambled eggs and veggies over the mushroom soup.

Then top with crumbled bacon. Cover with cheese, using 2 cups for each pizza.

Bake at 350° until cheese is melted, approximately 20-25 minutes.
