Take the easy way out and make your omelet's in the oven. No individual frying of each one. The eggs are light and fluffy. Add any topping you prefer in your omelets.

Ingredients
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 3 ounces ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons onions, diced

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Beat eggs, milk, and seasoning salt.

Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan.

Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
