A fresh substitute for bottled salsa.
Directions
Combine the tomato, onion, pepper, and cilantro in a small bowl. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roll lime around to get juices flowing. Cut lime in half and squeeze some of the juice into the bowl. A little lime juice goes a long way - I tend to use 1-2 teaspoons.
