Breakfast Pizza 25 Recipe

  • 1 pound bulk sausage
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Cook sausage until browned and drain. Separate crescent rolls and place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan or 9x13 inch pan. Press together and up the sides. Seal. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle on potatoes and top with cheese (this may be prepared the night before and refrigerated). Then beat eggs, milk, and seasonings together and pour onto crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes.
