Olive Bread (Cake aux deux olives) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk (or sour cream)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 5 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • pinch of salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup bacon or chopped ham
  • 1/2 cup pitted green olives
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Beat together the eggs, oils, & milk. Add flour, baking powder, salt & pepper. Mix. Fold in the bacon, chopped olives, & shredded cheese. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
