Mashed Potatoes and Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • 1 potatoes, peeled (3/4 lb 12 ounce )
  • 1 pound frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Sauté onion and garlic. Boil potatoes until tender. Steam cauliflower until tender. Combine all the ingredients and whip until fluffy. Sprinkle Parmesan over mashed potatoes.
