  • Place biscuits on a lightly greased round stoneware. Press and flatten to form a crust similar to pizza dough.
  • Bake according to directions on biscuit wrapper until golden brown.
  • While baking, mix up eggs and milk to make scrambled eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside, keeping warm.
  • Cut the breakfast sausage into bite size pieces. Warm in microwave and set aside.
  • Make package of Country Gravy according to directions. You may need to add additional milk to thin it a bit. Set aside, keeping warm.
  • When biscuit crust comes out of the oven, drizzle about a third of gravy over it. Top with warm scrambled eggs, then sausage, then the remaining gravy.
  • Return to oven for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Note: This is a great recipe for adjusting to your families taste. Replace the sausage with cooked bacon or ham. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of your favorite shredded cheese before returning to the oven. Sprinkle with chopped sauted onion, pepper, garlic and mushrooms. Garnish with green onion slices and/or parsley. Anything that goes in an omelet, can go on this breakfast pizza! This is also great for bringing to a potluck when you use the stoneware. If transporting, bring the remaining sauce along to serve on the side, or drizzle it over right before you eat.

"We had company for the weekend so my wife and I made this for breakfast on Sunday morning. It wasn't too bad. I am not crazy about sausage but it was pretty good mixed with the eggs and gray."
