Ingredients
  • 8 slices bread, crusts removed, cubed
  • 1 pound ham, cubed
  • 3/4 pound Velveeta, American or Cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

45 mins
Generously butter glass baking dish.

Layer bread cubes, ham and cheese.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and dry mustard.

Pour egg mixture over bread layers.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Uncover and bake the next morning at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
