Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg.)
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
Directions
Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar,and margarine. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Add soda, baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar, sour cream, salt, one egg, and vanilla and mix together to form batter. Pour in a 9 inch greased springform pan. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and egg. Pour over batter.Spread raspberry preserves over cream cheese layer. Top with crumb mixture reserved at beginning. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes.
