Egg/Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups diced ham, cooked sausage, or crumbled bacon
  • 1 package shredded hash browns, thawed
Directions
Spray bottom of 9 X 13 pan with non-stick spray. Spread hash browns on bottom of pan. Put 1/2 cup melted butter over potatoes. Separately, beat 1 dozen eggs, add milk, shredded cheese, and meat. Pour this mixture over potatoes and bake at 350° for one hour.
