CROCKPOT BREAKFAST SOUFFLE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 pound cooked sausage or 2 cups diced ham
  • 1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and butter. Stir well. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

Instead of bread you can use 32 oz. hashbrowns and 1 dozen eggs.
