Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Crackers Recipe

So easy to prepare but so tasty, these wonderful holiday treats will satisfy any peanut butter and chocolate lover.

Servings: makes approximately 70 sandwiches
  • 1 package butter flavored crackers - such as Ritz®
  • 1 package almond bark - chocolate flavored
  • peanut butter
Container: microwave safe mixing bowl, waxed paper, three cookie sheets

  • Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto half of the crackers.
  • Top with the remaining crackers to make a sandwich.
  • Line cookie sheets with waxed paper.
  • Melt the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl until the chocolate is almost melted.
  • Remove from the microwave and stir until it is smooth.
  • Using a tongs, dip each sandwich into the chocolate until completely covered. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
  • Place covered sandwiches onto the waxed paper to dry.
  • Can decorate with holiday sprinkles if desired.

"I made these but I only got about 30 sandwiches, not 70! I must of put the chocolate on thick! Very good though and my kids loved decorating them."
