Start your day off right with this easy to prepare sausage and egg sandwich.

Easy Breakfast Sandwich Recipe (+)

Directions

Cook sausage according to package directions.
Beat eggs in a small bowl, add water and whisk to incorporate.
Season with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a small skillet.
Pour in the eggs, cook and stir gently until just set.
Place cheese slices on 1/2 of the english muffin.
Top with a sausage patty and then a helping of scrambled eggs.
Place the other half of the english muffin on top and serve warm.
Sliced tomatoes, avacados, or sauteÃ©d mushrooms may be added if desired.

-		3 English muffins - split and toasted
