Raspberry Cream Cheese Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup raspberries
Directions
Cut cream cheese into cubes. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add sugar; stir. Add cubed cream cheese coating well with flour mixture. In separate bowl, combine egg, oil, milk, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir just until combined. Fold in raspberries. Fill muffin cups and bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
