White Bread 11 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 packages dry yeast
  • 4 cups warm water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 10 cups flour
Directions
Put sugar, yeast and warm water in a bowl and let stand for a short while. Mix with salt and vegetable oil. Add 10 cups of flour (possibly just a bit more). Mix and knead lightly. Let double in size and knead again. Makes 4 loaves of bread. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
