DROP DOUGHNUTS 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 package yeast
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk. Add flour, melted butter. egg yolks and salt. Mix until smooth. Then place in warm spot to rise for 2-3 hours.

Drop by tablespoonful into deep hot fat. Fry until both sides are brown. take them out and let cool a little. then place in bag with sugar and shake until doughnuts are covered.
