Whole Wheat Noodles Recipe

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
In mixing bowl mix dry ingredients. Add eggs one at a time. Add oil. Knead on lightly floured counter until not sticky. Let set 30 minutes. Cut into quarters. Roll quarters very thin and cut with a pizza cutter or form a small rectangle and run through a noodle maker gradually decreasing thickness as you go using flour as needed. When cut with a machine they can be dried and bagged and kept in a cool dry place or freezer until needed. When cooking place in boiling water until noodle is firm but not chewy. This makes a large batch.
