Grilled Chicken with Balsamic Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Tangy sauce adds lots of flavor to this grilled chicken.

Directions

Balsamic Barbecue Sauce:

Combine all ingredients in saucepan, stir to combine.
Simmer over medium heat until reduced by 1/3; approximately 20-30 minutes. Sauce will thicken somewhat.

Chicken:

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill over medium heat 8-10 minutes, turn, grill another 5 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
Brush each side with barbecue sauce at the end of the cook time. Watch so as not to burn.
Serve extra sauce, warm on the side. (This sauce is also good on steak.)

-		3/4 cup chili sauce
-		1/4 cup ketchup
-		1/8 cup brown sugar
-		1 garlic clove, chopped
