JALAPENO HUSHPUPPIES Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 can Cream Corn (small can)
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 3 Jalapenos, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add and mix in rest of ingredients. Mix and drop in hot oil. Fry golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
