Ingredients
4 cups bread flour
10 ounces water
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons dry milk (milk does not do as well)
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons salt
1 3/4 teaspoons yeast
Directions
Put in bread maker as listed. Elaine uses this bread for communion.
