Using the aromatic herbs as a base makes for a delicious tuna steak.
Grilled Herb Tuna Steaks Recipe (+)
Directions
Preheat grill to medium.
Coat the tuna steaks with oil.
To make rub, mix together thyme, salt, and lemon pepper in a small bowl; sprinkle generously on skinned sides.
Just before placing fish on grill, place soaked herbs on the burner. Place the fish on top of herbs. Grill 3-4 minutes (depending on the thickness) each side, just until seared on the outside but rare in the middle.
Garnish with Rosemary or thyme.
Serve with rice and grilled vegetables.

2 bunches of fresh thyme, soaked in cold water for 15 minutes and drained
