Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup shortening
2 Eggs
1 cup canned or cooked pumpkin
1/4 cup light molasses
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
In a large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except nuts. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts. Turn into a 9x5x3 inch baking pan which has been greased on the bottom only. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and serve. Enjoy! Great recipe for Halloween
