Red Apple Inn Rolls Recipe

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 packages yeast
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 6 cups flour
Pour boiling water over butter, sugar and salt; cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water; beat in the eggs. Add flour, mixing well. Let sit overnight covered in refrigerator. Make out two hours before baking. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Can freeze. Will make several pans.
