Vegetable Bread Recipe

  • 3 cans large biscuits (quartered)
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup dry chives
  • 1 cup green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 package bacon (fried and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • season salt
In large skillet, melt 2 sticks butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Sauté all vegetables in butter until soft. Add bacon, Parmesan cheese and cut up biscuits. Mix thoroughly till all biscuits are coated and pour into ungreased bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes, until good and brown on top. Turn bundt pan over onto serving plate. Slice as you would a bundt cake,. Serve warm.
