Mexican Chew Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix in saucepan eggs and brown sugar. Place over medium-low heat until

sugar melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add flour and chopped pecans. Beat well, add vanilla. Spread thin on greased and flour cookie sheet. Bake 350° for 15 minutes. Cut in strips.
