Pumpkin Bread with Apple Cider Glaze Recipe

  • 3/4 cup Real Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Sour Cream
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Mix all of the ingredients above, pour into loaf pans or I like to use bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Serve warm with apple cider glaze

Apple Cider Glaze:

1/8 C hot apple cider

1 1/2 C powdered sugar

Mix together and drizzle on bread.
