Ingredients
2 packages dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups slightly warm buttermilk
1 cup rye flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 cup Oil
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine all ingredients. Knead for 10 minutes. Let rise in a greased bowl covered with a towel or plastic wrap until doubled. Shape into two loaves and place in a greased 9 x 5 inch bread pans. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
