Cheddar Nut Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 3/4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cup 6 ounce )
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 ounce can)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans (or any you prefer)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine Bisquick and cheese in large bowl. Make a well in center of mixture.

Stir together egg and milk then pour into well of cheese mixture. Stir until moistened. Stir in pecans. Spoon mixture into lightly greased muffin pans, fill 2/3 full.

Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes. Let stand a couple of minutes before you remove from pan
