Taco Beer Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 can beer (room temperature)
3 cups self rising flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 package taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup salsa (use thick salsa or drain off if too watery)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, (divide)
1/2 stick melted margarine
Directions
Butter bread pan. Mix beer, flour, sugar, taco seasoning, salsa and 3/4 C. shredded cheese directly in bread pan. Let rise 15 minutes. Sprinkle remainder of shredded cheese on top. Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pour melted margarine over top. Return to oven 15 more minutes. Remove from oven. Serve hot or cool.
