Grandma's Lemon Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding, 4 serving size
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs.
Directions
Mix all ingredients with electric mixer for 4 minutes on high speed. Pour into greased and floured regular sized loaf pan. Bake 350 for 50-60 minutes. Freezes well.
