A tasty and nutritious red meat enhanced with the flavor of a balsamic marinade.

Ostrich Steak Recipe (+)

Directions

Marinate ostrich for 15 minutes. Do not over marinate. Ostrich meat is very porous and absorbs flavors and liquids quickly.
Heat oil in a medium skillet.
Sauté steaks 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with rice or your favorite side dish.
