Weight Watchers Bran Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups bran cereal
  • 1 cup dry powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 packages equal
  • 1 cup fruit (applesauce, bananas)
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
Directions
Spray muffin tin. Fill & bake 15-20 minutes at 350°.

3 muffins = 1 serving. 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1 milk, 1 protein.
