Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup chutney
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup dried craisins
  • 1/4 cup baby dried figs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup golden or regular raisins
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese block
  • 1/4 cup peanuts or cashews, chopped fine for garnish - optional
  • assorted cocktail crackers

  • Mix together chutney, pineapple, cranberries, figs, raisins and green onion.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • To serve, place a cream cheese block on a serving plate.
  • Top with the fruit chutney mixture and serve with assorted crackers.
*Can be served with sprinkles of ground peanuts or cashews.
