A simple to make but fun to eat snack.
Bacon Crisps Recipe (+)
Directions
Preheat oven to 250°.
Place one teaspoon of cheese on top of each cracker.
Tightly wrap a half of a strip of bacon around the cracker and over the cheese, being careful not to break the cracker.
Place wrapped crackers on a broiler rack or wire rack and set on a baking sheet.
Place in oven and bake for 2 hours, or until the bacon is done.
Do not turn or flip over.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
