Bacon Crisps Recipe

A simple to make but fun to eat snack.
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 250°.
  • Place one teaspoon of cheese on top of each cracker.
  • Tightly wrap a half of a strip of bacon around the cracker and over the cheese, being careful not to break the cracker.
  • Place wrapped crackers on a broiler rack or wire rack and set on a baking sheet.
  • Place in oven and bake for 2 hours, or until the bacon is done.
  • Do not turn or flip over.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve hot or at room temperature.

Cook Time: 2 hours
