Ingredients
1 bottle beer (12 ounce bottle)
3 tablespoons sugar
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
Preheat to 350°. Mix 1st 5 ingredients until soft dough forms (lumpy). Place into oiled loaf pan. Pour melted butted on the top. Bake 45-55 min. TIP: place something under it - it likes to boil over.
