Alaska Salmon, Beans and Rice Wrap Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package red beans and rice (5 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can Alaska salmon, drained and chunked (14.5 ounce can)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 flour tortillas (10 inch )
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup chunky salsa (optional)
Directions
Prepare beans and rice blend according to package directions, omitting butter. Cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

Stir in salmon, cheese and salsa. Heat through 3-5 minutes. Portion 3/4 cup salmon mixture near center of a tortilla. Roll up envelope style; repeat with remaining mixture. Serve with chunky salsa, if desired.
