FERNANDINA CORN BREAD Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup self rising cornmeal
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 - 8 3/4 ounce can cream style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
Directions
Combine the above ingredients. Pour into greased skillet or corn stick pan. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
