Pumpkin Bread 27 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 pound canned pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • nuts, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Sift dry ingredients into smaller bowl. Combine sugar and oil in a bowl; add eggs and mix, then add pumpkin. Mix well. Add dry ingredients to mixture alternately with water. Add nuts. Bake mini loaves for 30 minutes; larger loaves for 45 minutes.
