Ingredients
  • 1 pint vanilla gelato (or ice cream)
  • 1 pint chocolate gelato (or ice cream)
  • 1 pint coffee gelato (or ice cream)
  • 9 cherries in syrup
  • chocolate sprinkles, vanilla sprinkles, cocoa powder
Container: Cookie Sheet
Directions
PREP
15 mins
  • Using ice cream scoop, scoop out balls of gelato or ice cream. Stuff a cherry into center of each and place on cookie sheet. Work quickly to do this with each scoop of ice cream.
  • Put in freezer until ready to serve.
  • Sprinkle each tortufi with cocoa powder
  • Serve immediately
